The 14U Rec Piedmont Predators are your 2021 Silver Stick Bantam Rec champions! The team came out flying on day one of the tournament with solid wins against the Frederick Victory Stars (3-1) and the Howard Huskies (6-3). The Predators would turn around and play the same teams again the next day winning their first game against Howard (7-5) and losing a tough game to Frederick (7-6). The team would head into Sunday's championship game as the #1 seed. The players decided to save their best game for last with a convincing 4-1 win over Howard to claim the championship.

The team was led at forward by Captains Coleton McCants and Adrian Fuentes. Both players would lead by example on the ice with their scoring and determination for the puck. The other forwards on the team that contributed with goals, assists, and great hustle were Aiden Daley, Henry St. Germain, John Elliott, Billy Johnson, Haedon Roach, Chase Sachs, Vincent Schneider, and Keenan Whitney.

On the back end the Predators received shut down defense by defensemen Max Egazarian, Jeffery Mitchem, Eli Napolitano, Henry Swope, and Keigan Walker.

In net, goalie Nickalus Erickson was the team's rock all weekend long. He consistently come up with big saves when the team needed it the most.

On the bench the team was led by coaches Jon Erickson, Chad Roach, and Eddie Walker.

By winning the regional event, the team has been invited to travel to Pelham, Ontario to play in the 2021-2022 Silver Sticks Finals.
