ANDERSEN COMMITS TO NCAA HAMLINE UNIVERSITY

Andersen commits to NCAA Hamline University

Former Piedmont Predators Defensemen Tommy Andersen has committed to Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota to continue his hockey and academic career as an NCAA Division III Athlete in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

Tommy plans to obtain a degree in Applied Physics for a career in Electrical Engineering.

Tommy played 16U AA at Piedmont during the 2014-2015 season. He finished the season with 17 points (6 goals / 11 assists) and had third highest on the team with SOG (125 in 49 games).

Coach Borner helped Tommy secure a roster spot the following season with the Boston Islander Junior Hockey Club where he played for two years including a one-year stint on the South Shores King of the USPHL.

Tommy has not forgotten his roots regarding his hockey career, he has been a guest instructor during the Elite Summer Camp.

We wish Tommy continuous success and look forward to his accomplishments.
